Dance Performance Coaching

This option is for dancers in any state/country who are looking to enhance their technique and performance. Sessions include an assessment of dance technique, corrective strategies, movement re-training, and custom strength training program. This is NOT PHYSICAL THERAPY, nor is it meant to replace medical care and no injuries can/will be addressed during your session.

Jenna grew up a dancer, which is where she first fell in love with movement. She graduated from Nazareth college in Rochester, NY with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2011. She immediately began working as a Dance Medicine Specialist, and spent time with The Rochester City Ballet, Garth Fagan Dance Company and Eastman School of Music. ​ After relocating to Northern VA in 2013, she quickly realized her unique experience in Dance Medicine was able to fulfill a need in this area, so in 2016 she opened On Pointe Wellness and Rehab. ​ In her time as a Physical Therapist, Jenna has served as an adjunct faculty member at Nazareth College and George Mason University. She an active member of the International Association for Dance Medicine and Science (IADMS) and serves as on the advisory board for Doctors for Dancers.

Maeve received her doctorate of physical therapy from Mary Baldwin University and her BFA in dance and choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has a passion for working with performing artists of all levels which has taken her to work with artists in Richmond, Chicago, and on tour with a Broadway musical. Maeve focuses on functionality to help her clients keep doing what they love. In her free time she enjoys reading, crocheting, and traveling to new places.
