Dance Performance Coaching
This option is for dancers in any state/country who are looking to enhance their technique and performance. Sessions include an assessment of dance technique, corrective strategies, movement re-training, and custom strength training program. This is NOT PHYSICAL THERAPY, nor is it meant to replace medical care and no injuries can/will be addressed during your session.
Dance Medicine Mentorship
This option is currently only available to dance medicine mentorship program participants.
